The Petty is a chef’s paring knife with a blade 110mm long.
Knives in my ‘Seiyo’ range are a fusion of east and west traditional knife designs. They have the very popular Japanese blade shapes but a full tang for greater strength. I also harden and temper them to be tough enough to withstand western style cooking.
Handle scales are laid on fibre liners and fixed with my unique ‘hallmark’ mosaic pins.
Your knife will come with it’s own wooden sheath, known in Japan as a saya, made from English hardwood, to protect the blade.
